  Battery fraud

  Went here to get Lenovo battery replaced. They gave me a so-called Lenovo branded new battery which stopped working after 2 months. I later verified at another authentic Lenovo service center who told me it's fake and why. Since it was under warranty, I came to the same Prime Computers for replacement. After 20 days they gave me a 2014 model battery, with no box, no proof of purchase or no sticker. When asked for receipt they denied it. All I can say is they make money by selling old, cheap, fake accessories. Beware!
