  No Human Touch

  Dr. DSouza examined my mother today. I really do not know the technical capabilities of Dr. DSouza. However, he seriously lacks courteousness. He does not take enough time with patients as he wants to see many patients in a short time. He hurries and does not allow any time for questions. As a result, the patient feels let down. It will help his practice by becoming more courteous.
